What is HEAL INDY?

HEAL INDY 3 is a soulful, community-powered event series rooted in healing, creativity, and connection — bringing together artists, wellness facilitators, musicians, and small business owners to co-create an unforgettable experience. We believe in elevating local culture, supporting small businesses, and holding space for collective transformation through art, music, and community.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

💵 APPLICATION FEES

All submissions (except volunteers) must include a $10 non-refundable application fee.
🔁 If accepted as a vendor, the fee will be credited toward your final vendor fee of $40.

Applications will not be reviewed until the application fee is received.

🛍️ VENDORS — IMPORTANT INFO

We welcome artists, makers, food vendors, healers, and entrepreneurs of all kinds.

✔️ What You Need to Know:

• We recommend to bring your own setup: tables, tents, displays, etc.

• We cannot guarantee we’ll have backup equipment — please come prepared.

• No refunds on vendor fees unless the event is canceled by organizers.

• We aim to limit duplicate offerings (e.g., 3 crystal sellers max), so list everything you plan to sell in your application.

• Food vendors must show proof of active licensing at the time of application.

• Approved vendors will receive setup instructions, arrival time, and load-in details prior to the event.

🎨 ARTISTS & CREATORS (Live Painters, Exhibitors, Installations)

• You may request space to display, paint live, or sell your artwork.

• Include links or photos of your work in the form.

• We prioritize healing-oriented and culturally conscious artwork.

• Bring your own easels, panels, or hanging solutions if needed.

🎤 MUSIC ARTISTS

• Open to solo performers, groups, and DJs.

• Submit links to your music and a short description of your sound and message.

• We’re curating for uplifting, soulful, or high-vibration vibes — no violent, explicit, or degrading lyrics.

• We provide basic sound setup (mics, aux, DJ table) — tell us what you need!

🌸 WORKSHOP FACILITATORS

• Share your offering (yoga, sound healing, nutrition, art therapy, etc.).

• Tell us what materials and setup you require.

• If selected, you’ll receive a dedicated time slot, marketing spotlight, and event access.

🙌 VOLUNTEERS & AMBASSADORS

Want to give back, network, or earn perks while helping HEAL INDY run smoothly?

• Roles include: Greeters, Setup, Floaters, Healing Support, Gift Station, etc.

• Shifts are flexible. You’ll receive a team welcome, a role-specific schedule, and community love.

• Outstanding volunteers will be featured on social media and may receive free merch, food, or VIP access.
