Every role plays a meaningful part in the energy we’re building together. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE GUIDELINES before submitting your form so you know what to expect and how to show up prepared.
👉 There is a $10 non-refundable application fee for vendors, artists, performers, and facilitators. If you're accepted as a vendor, that fee goes toward your $40 final vendor fee, which is due by July 12th. Vendors must bring their own setup (table, tent, chairs, display items), and no duplicate vendors will be accepted without prior approval — so be sure to list all of your offerings clearly.
